The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel mentioned UPAF’s Ride for the Arts in a sports article this morning. As the weather starts to change, there are a series of wonderful outdoor events taking place in Milwaukee. UPAF’s Ride for the Arts is at the top of that list!
UPAF Ride for the Arts (June 5, downtown Milwaukee) has rides of 10, 25, 45 and 70 miles, which means everyone from young families to serious riders turn out. The pledges support the local arts.
The volunteers and first-class organization of these two events make them really enjoyable. Seeing thousands run down Wisconsin Ave. never gets old, and you need to see Milwaukee while biking over the Hoan Bridge. Kids love it.
