We are a nonprofit umbrella organization that supports more than 30 performing
arts groups in Southeastern Wisconsin through our annual fundraising campaign.
UPAF staff members are dedicated professionals who are passionate about fundraising
and the role the performing arts play in the vitality of our communities.
The Senior Director/Director of Development’s position purpose is to plan and implement fundraising programs to identify, cultivate and retain companies that host Workplace Giving Campaigns, specifically in Financial Services and Lawyers Divisions. This person also recruits, trains and directs Loaned Executives on managing Workplace Giving Campaigns and leads the Workplace Giving Ambassador training and stewardship efforts. Partner with the Marketing Department to leverage dollars raised through special events and planned giving.
The Vice President of Workplace & Company Giving’s position purpose is to develop and drive the strategic plan for raising dollars by securing new and retaining existing Workplace Giving Campaigns. Leads efforts to grow company support of UPAF through new and increased gifts. This person also manages retention and acquisition of Campaign sponsorships as well as oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the Development team.
