We are a nonprofit umbrella organization that supports more than 30 performing
arts groups in Southeastern Wisconsin through our annual fundraising campaign.
UPAF staff members are dedicated professionals who are passionate about fundraising
and the role the performing arts play in the vitality of our communities.
A Loaned Executive (LE) is an enthusiastic individual who is hired by or appointed by his/her employer to assist the United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) with implementation of the annual Community Campaign in the area of Workplace Giving. The Loaned Executive’s primary responsibility is to assist the UPAF Development Directors with the management of 40 to 50 campaigns within companies and organizations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
