SPECIAL EVENTS AND GUEST APPEARANCES FOR
THE WORLD PREMIERE ADAPTATION OF A Christmas Carol
November 7, 2016 – (Milwaukee, WI) Milwaukee Repertory Theater commemorates the brand new world premiere adaptation of A Christmas Carol in a series of special events and guest appearances. Hear Carolers, see Scrooge, and take in the spirit of Milwaukee’s favorite holiday tradition. An opportunity for the community to connect with performers, local leaders, and media personalities, these events are sure to spread holiday cheer from now through the end of the year!
The following events feature A Christmas Carol performers, are unique previews to this year’s full production, and provide a chance to snap some festive photographs!
Carolers perform at Milwaukee Public Library
Saturday, November 12, 12pm
Central Library, 814 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee
The Rep Carolers will visit MPL’s Central Branch to perform carols and share information about the world premiere adaptation of A Christmas Carol. A great opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit and celebrate Charles Dickens’ beloved novel. This event is free and open to the public.
TMJ4 Live at Noon
Tuesday, November 15, 12pm
Tune in to hear VIP Walk-on Guest and TMJ4 anchor Susan Kim talk with a member of the cast to get an inside look at the new A Christmas Carol and get some pointers for her big stage debut on Friday, December 9th.
TMJ4 Morning Blend Guest Appearance

103rd Annual City/County Christmas Tree Lighting

The Rep Carolers will perform at the “Deck the Streets of Old Milwaukee” kick-off event. Enjoy traditional holiday carols while experiencing the Streets of Old Milwaukee like never before as the beloved turn-of-the century exhibit is transformed in to a Victorian-era holiday wonderland.
